What's it all about? The 2009 Nobel Laureates

Jonesing for a little biographical something-something on the winners of this year’s Alfies? We have biographies on the winners from sources such as World of Genetics, Contemporary Authors, Encyclopedia of World Biography and American Men & Women of Science. The latter is available via our Lives & Perspectives Collection add-on, which we encourage you to trial if you’re wondering what it’s all about (hint: it’s about varying perspectives on different lives). Many of the winners also have listings in our Marquis Who’s Who add-on module. These two add-ons are one sure way to make sure that users have successful searches, as they grow the base Biography Resource Center collection from 450,000 to 1.8 million total biographies.

We also have six full narrative biographies for Alfred Nobel, for those curious about the Prizes’ namesake.
